The pre-recorded concert was planned to go live on Sunday, August 16, 2020, on an online streaming website for virtual shows, called Ceek. Nonetheless, the website crashed just few minutes into airing the show. Ceek went to social media to apologize to fans for the inconvenience.

They expressed that it was the “Black Love” virtual concert traffic that caused their platform to crash. They made a tweet, saying, “#SarkNation shut the web down. Due to overwhelming traffic, we are having some technical issues. Please standby, we are working to resolve this. 1.5 million at once with more coming.”

In another tweet, they confirmed that their team is working to resolve the technical issue. A screenshot shared by the platform shows that over a million people in Ghana were watching the concert online, with hundreds of other people from Germany, Spain, and the UK.
