Lucy Essein is a 30-year-old entrepreneur from Lagos. She is a native of Cross River State. She lived in Calabar, served in Abuja, and currently lives in Lagos. She is a self-proclaimed simple girl and assures everyone that she is far from average, and can be mean to anyone who is rude to her. Her favorite colors are black and green, and her favorite car is a truck. She believes in fairy tales. Although Lucy has failed in her life many times, she is not ready to give up now.
While she was in SS1, she failed at the Federal Government Girls College, Calabar. She also had to wait for four years before gaining admission into the university. After she gained admission, she had to drop out in her first year while studying mass communication. She re-registered and later graduated with a 2.1.
Lucy worked as a medical secretary for sometime before she started her grilling business. Her family and her happiness are important to her. She would like to go to the beach to recreate. New habits and skills she acquired during the lockdown are making parfait, being without her phone, and having tea three times a day. Her words to live by are, “Life is for the living. We only live every day. Be a decent human being, you never know.” Her greatest achievements are her grill business, graduating with a 2.1, not getting pregnant after all these years, and entering into the big brother’s house.
She came into the big brother house with confidence and with the hope of emerging as the winner of the BBNaija prize. Lucy is currently one of the richest and most influential entrepreneurs in the house, with an estimated net worth of $20,000 dollars.
